I'm a Mom who knows firsthand the struggles of feeling overwhelmed and defeated by the pressures of creating a picture-perfect home. Like many, I found myself constantly comparing my home to the curated images on social media, only to experience feelings of inadequacy and hopelessness.

Eventually, I recognized that the mindset I had was damaging - affecting my mood and the joy in my home. I yearned to know HOW to decorate "properly" and wanted confidence to be able to create a home that truly reflected my family's unique style and personality. I embarked on a journey of learning and self-discovery.

I dove into the world of interior design, seeking to understand the fundamentals. Along the journey, I started recognizing the emotional aspects that I had tied to my home and self-worth.  

It's difficult to let go of what others think, especially when they vocalize there opinions, but over the years I have gained a greater appreciation of what really matters while raising a family and have learned to let go of societal expectations and embrace my home for what it was and is today – perfectly imperfect.

Now, I'm passionate about helping other Moms learn the fundamentals of decorating their homes and break free from the chains of comparison and low self-esteem, empowering them to decorate with confidence and authenticity.
